chance of .20 area today or tomorrow?

chance of .20 area today or tomorrow?sort of reminds me of sept 29 to Oct 1 trading but they had news that day. I expect this being up like Sept 29 on no news release there will be a nice push when the release comes out. My short term target is .24-.31 taking us back to May 08 trading area by the look of the trend and support/resistance.
