Class action- Court injunction anybody??

Perhaps we should spear-head a class action against this injustice.  At the very least, each and every shareholder should file a complaint with the securities commission.  Failure to carry out the duties as officers of the corporation. 
Halpen receives a healthy paycheck from holding the office of investors relations.  Has anybody heard anything from this guy.  I personally know numerous parties, including myself, that have tried him, and no response.  Parker and Cherwayko, same thing!

Directors and officers of a corporation carry responsibilities.  What is unfolding is a structured delay with the effect of using company cash-flow to build a reserve which will inturn be used to fund the purchase.  This is criminal and a court injunction is required.
