RE: RE: Louise LakeHere's my 2 cents. I don't think they want to do anything about L.L. just yet. And here is why I think. If they start drilling, production, etc. on L.L, this costs money. NAG does not have money right now to do that. They would have to dilute further. Instead, they went out and got several properties and coal leases (Kentucky and WV) that are near production and will be cash generating shortly. They will then use that short-term cash to fund L.L. and Saskatchewan. At least that would be the smart thing to do in my opinion. Also, by putting Kentucky and WV into production, they become a coal producer and not just an explorer. This increases their status and brings in a whole new set of investors.
At least that's what I think is going on. I don't think they forgot about L.L. Management is not stupid. They know where the money lies. Just remember that the higher the stock price of NAG, the more money NAG management makes. Especially Charlie, since all management has stock options. So their intention is to get the stock as high as possible. Also, in regards to Saskatchewan, I think they are also waiting to see what GXS and others find and for them to drill enough in order for NAG to have a good idea of where to find the coal.
But with all that said, I strongly believe that NAG is building into a company for the future. They are just getting started in my opinion. They have the properties and soon they will have the revenues to show for them. I guess they are moving slower than what us NAG shareholders want, but that's just life. For those that will wait, they will be rewarded. GLTA and still looking for an NR this week.
