Given the continuing flexibility of application of regulations governing the Venture exchange I suspect it is something closer to immoral or distasteful rather than illegal.  For the moment they sit on the "seat of selfrightousness" because in truth their predictions have come to pass.

What has not been clear over the years is what really drives their continuing vindictive "barrage".  Have to believe that somewhere, somehow, someone suffered (in their view at least) from the actions of the company or persons closely associated to it.  This has then become their all consuming passion to constantly berate via truthful or untruthful postings.

Should feel sorry for these people really.  The rest of us have just lost money (to date).  That group has abandoned their self respect.
