Anyone that is concerned about potential patent expiry 9 years away should not be investing in stocks. Put your money in government bonds instead which should be worth about 10% of their principal value by then at the rate Obama and other political leaders are printing money to buy up worthless companies. Real investors, on the other hand, realize that this is a breakthrough technology and is more needed than ever with our depleting oil pools. People in the oil business are beginning to realize what Powerwave can do for them and this will be reflected in exploding sales over the next few years. Those who recognize this will profit handsomely, IMHO.
