RE: RE: RE: I think this is most of the articleOf course the liquidity is becoming very thin. You have the strong hands holding the bulk of the minority position, then you have some traders who jump in and out, ALONG with, I am sure, "close friends" of the majority control group, trying to acquire shares. Where does that leave this over time? Well you get fewer and fewer shareholders, as the consolidation takes place, harder for anyone to acquire substantial positions, and any buying creates big upside, which can only be contained by large holders selling into it. I wonder which large seller that would be? LOL
The pattern is very clear. Jump in and buy up offers during the day, create some volatility and shake out any remaining weak hands, with some traders joining in on this. Late in day sell it down, so price does not yet get out of control. It will dawn on some as the price of gold increases, that this is the best play on gold going in some respects. If gold goes up, this is like a coiling spring, it will rocket at some point, both because of value on any measure (comparison to others, assets, cash flow, profits etc etc) and because as we read the game plan is to, and this is important, to maximize value over time. If you are going to sell or IPO you want it at a high price. Unless of course you are masochistic. (Have to think about that one, as I do not know these guys personally. Maybe they spend time whipping each other!)
In any case: trade it, buy it, but at this late point, selling in light of the current situation at the lows of the day, is not he brightest thing one can do. Again: guess who would do that every day??? ROFLMAO
If one were trying to acquire a position here at this late juncture, you have to jump in as well, because posting a bid, generally of any size, lets interested parties know where to take all shares. If you do not post bid, then you can jump in and grab, if quick and want see offers a position. We see that daily. The question of what group is buying is a mute one really, there are less and less big offers net. Again: why now would anyone sell a substantial position when the time frames and game plan, along with share structure are all compressing. Year end tax loss selling? Who and why? They waited through last year, and this year anyone who bought may be showing profits. If you were an institution, at this point the big gains, most have been waiting for who held all through this turmoil surely appear to be in front of them.
Net result: buy it, its going way higher, unless gold tumbles a great deal. Which I do not think is in the cards. Especially during the immediate 6 month period. Maybe some pull back, but just that, with new highs, and maybe way higher. Odds now for HRG (IMO) next 6 months: triple todays price or more.IMO So you buy when they push it down.
