No tabbie, there is no 4 month hold or trading restrictions  and not warrants.  Any pressure on the stock due to this financing would be one of the instituitions that took part in the private bought deal and recieved large commisions and then dropped the stock. In my opinion this is probably all but done now!  The sp has now filled a tech gap and to me has set a bottom. Good buying level!   I am not really sure if we will see any results this week , but i would expect to see results by the following wednesday. There is a small chance of further volatility though which would depend on the price action of gold as well as any panic / emotional traders.
