What does that mean, the court has put the board on notice? Are you saying that they are intimidating or trying to twist the arm of the board? if thats the case why didnt the court just make the decision instead of sending it back to the board? I dont think anyone is on notice here.
Mary March decision will swing our way imo. The Supreme court has put the Mineral Rights Adjudication board on notice. ( they even had to fire the first lot and put a new contingent on the board ) The instructions were to place the burdon of proof on Vinland. This will be difficult in the extreme for Vinland and we will be victorious. Grab all the shares you can imo.
