"... valued by investors at an average of US$57.88/oz, a fraction... of the prevailing gold price."

How is that valuation applied in terms of stock price? Call it $58/oz for the sake of argument. Is that what they
consider the net per oz. income to the mining operator? Please elaborate as able. Thanks.
