Buy and Tender

Buy and TenderHere's the crazy part in all this, right now I can buy CZZ shares on the open market and tender them to the offer for a cool 10% profit. I could have been doing this for some time now, feeding the tender offer while making some quick change at the trough. Sure would be nice to know how many shares we have now, if I were Jien, I would def be feeding my offer with below offer shares and putting some quick cash from tendering in my pocket.
