chart

chartI know that we all wanted a faster climb in the sp and financing etc.  I, for one, know that i almost counted on us being up around a buck by the end of the summer.  Yeah, it sucks that we havent had a surge like we did back in May or so.  Nevertheless, look at the chart.  I am no technical expert, but that chart looks pretty damn good.  Also, that solidification in the chart--a general trend of higher highs and higher lows--has developed in a situation where the market could have lost patience with MAA.  The market could have said that MAA hasnt delivered the goods yet, even though the goods were promised a while back.   But a look at the chart shows a pattern of increasing confidence.

Finally,i think there have been a lot of great posts in the last few weeks.  Thanks for sharing your research and thoughts.  MAA has become a more complex play with emergence of sinohydro, but also we have all invested into a rather opaque company and many posts have (perhaps) shed some light on what is emerging.

We are still in the no-brainer zone...enjoy it.
