RE: like i said Friday..........good idea Dredger - not sure how Brazil works - maybe it's like the wild West and no one cares, but in Canada you couldn't just tunnel and mine ore without "paying your dues" as the bureaucrats would be all over you to file every permit under the sun with every single government level, ensuring the process would be as expensive, time-consuming and painful as possible. Like I said - perhaps Brazil is different and no one cares.
