RE: thanksyes thanks a lot guys re the warrant discussion - does explain why the stock has been tanking - as soon as I saw the announcement I figured there might be a correlation given there would be people/institutional selling to pay for the warrant exercise.  You guys confirmed it - good resources here for sure.
