i would not worry to much personally, it seems like they are doing what most companies with a buyout potential have done in the past.When i owned Aurelian the same process was taken, raise money, poisin pill, accelerate warrants etc,etc.....and yes there share price would get hammered down as much as possible, and before anyone new Kinross had a major hold of shares in there kitty, its all part of someones plan, we can only sit back and watch what unfolds, sometimes its hard to stomach the volatility but with this kind of deposit the real money knows what is here.Good luck to all, are day will come soon enough.
