Even if worst case scenario the drug application is delayed for more info/studies (which should not happen given the satisfactory history of the drug in other markets, all the studies completed thus far and the obvious confidence Covidien has with the submission), as long as you can ride it out, you should be no worse off in the long term (other than time). 

I can see it now...FDA approval is announced on November 4th and looking back everyone will realize that opportunities such as these do not come around very often.

But then again, nothing is certain but I am willing to take my chances.
