Igor Klimanov, CEO of High River commented on the Private Placement:"The Private Placement will significantly strengthen High River'sfinancial position and allow the Company to finance its Capex programand repay a portion of the existing indebtedness. Troika is awell-known Russian financial institution and we look forward to workingwith our new investor to continue developing High River's potential."

I interpret this personally to mean: The private placement will significantly strengthen our ability to manipulate the stock at all times. We can spend the money and our comrades can trade the stock. We would never never never discuss it with them of course, as that might be manipulative. Troika is well known, but for what? LOL We look forward to keeping up our Russian heritage of caring for our shareholders and the common folk, just like historically our governments have done. We will develop the full potential, but we are not sure who will benefit other than ourselves, and our new friends.
