Deja vu? Down 17% TATA goes TATA to EFL

So it seems that Tata/mjobil is going with a Korean battery maker and a new battery maker opens in Montreal and surprise surprise the honest EFL family members don't let their investors know of any developments. Surely this goes against rules on material change?

So all the hype was on EFL supplying batteries to TATA? Now that's apparently gone.
