RE: Let the fight begin anew...The facts are so clear that it surprises me all the questioning. Severstal has kept the price low, intentionally.IMO That is the most important thing. Igor is not our friend. Point two. He IS the enemy.IMO Talking to ANY of them: BOD, Managment, Investor relations is a complete waste of time. They are ALL in it together.IMO
The pointing out that they have this percentage, at this price and so on. OF COURSE: they go to their lawyers and know exactly what they can "legally" do. How obvious is this? Why does ANYONE question this obvious fact.
So my point is? The issue is not the price against a given set of criteria, it is ALL ABOUT why the price is so low in the first place. Why? It has been kept down. Why? So they can do this sort of deal. End of story. That is the issue, that is the problem.
There should be a class action suit, in my opinion. EOS
