Just before we went to 1.40 or whatever it was a few years back, I read that the province of N.S. had floated MIR a loan. I averaged down about 2 weeks before that moonshot and I am wondering if the last NR and last week's insider action denote a similar move. Although, we now have a whole wackload more shares.
