SO VULTCHIEwhat do you think happens tomorrow? Oh, the NR says we're delayed but who cares we have all these other offers, or the NR says we're extending the MOU because the other offers are soo much better we want to leave money on the table, just for fun and stay with the chinese. Or better yet the offer is dead, but don't sweat it the "other offers" are better and we will tell you about them soon.
