RE: RE: Another $775 in revenue! LOL! Inda; I recall that, a few years back, WIN adopted a poison pill, in the heady $7-$8 days.
I've been on the wrong side of a few takeovers, for insiders. Its a BAD feeling when the long suffering shareholders get a lump and the mountain goes to the big boys. That said, with WIN's 20-25% institutional holding, to date, I'm hanging tough (surely with others) assured that the majority will not let this baby go prematurely.
Any crackpots or longs, can read any of my old posts.Skippen's biggest problem, is that his legalese will not let him give any lovn' (#'s......) to any brokerages. Therefore, outside of Wellington, there are no houses pushing ownership of WIN's equity.Too bad this is the way of the world, but Skippen is airtight and that get's no lovin' from any brokerages.
In a perfect world, if Skippen can slay the bull and lay it on the table, for all to see, shareholders piece will be much bigger.
With cash on hand, this can be accomplished, without a handout of useless shares to any Johnny come lately. As a practioner of law, good for Skippen, but to max shareholder value,we need the institutional support and hopefully a house support that does not require tomorrows newspaper today.IMHO
Any info on poison pill anyone?
