When this deal started, Maa was well underway with debt financing for this project with instututions. do you think that has all colapsed? I doubt it. And as far as chineese politaical power in Africa goes, follow the press. China is being highly hammered by Africain Politicians for their take overs. They are walking on thin ice, this is not the time for them to be railroading and political alliences in the region. Every thing in the ROC, and RDC can be scrapped if they do not handle themselves properly. Screw with his Excellentcy and he will do the same.
