Can you guess which oil stock is the worst today?

Can you guess which oil stock is the worst today?

HSE  was  at  this level ( ~$27/s ) about  four  years ago  !  At that time  WTI price adjusted for  inflation were $55/bbl . Today oil prices are $78/bbl  and   last four years have been  very good in terms  of profits  --- even for  our  dog. So what's  wrong with this picture?   Was it grossly overvalued  then or is it undervalued  now?  What do you think guys?
