Let's not lose sight
Let's not lose sightAlthough an over throw would be in order, I think it best that Curtis relay to Headquarters that the natives are not only restless but have been abusively treated, enough that mutiny of the ship is at hand. Just like a nuclear war...no one wins.
It is interesting that many long time supporters are now fed up as well. Seems Curtis may be all by himself. Frankly I think that is sad state of affairs.
This could be the final straw, and time for the current managers to just flatly admit they need to change, and change quickly, as this stock SP will do nothing even if there is good news to announce. Why? Because the street has no confidence, and no confidence leads to selling pressures and not buying.
Fact is they probably have more to lose because any mutiny is and will follow with an investigation that ties this whole deal up in courts, both Canadian and in the US. They wouldn't just be able to take the football and start their own league, although they probably think so. No one would win in this except for the lawyers, and everything would be tied up both in REV, UNRG etc. They will try to take the "ball" but lawyers will stop them at every move. A good lawyer will get all the records of UNRG and prohibit tranfer of any such formula, and yes US courts are way tougher on such than Cananda. REV will be left with their tar sands connections and no product, no formula, and in the end broke.
Wolfgang is way smarter and he'll laugh at them, as he knows how to protect assets. And in the end everyone gets screwed because of this arrogance. Just like the guy that invented the intermittent windshield wiper, he died penny less for pursuing and not entering into a deal maker for him and the auto companies.
