Still dont understand Stock trading

Still dont understand Stock tradingAfter many years and many Trades I still always seem to make the wrong move. Every time I sell on news the stock  picks up a new audience and takes off like a rocketship, then it keeps going like the Duracell bunny and I am too stubborn to get back in.For example recently V.TRX Terrane metals.
Would you guys like to see me sell this one?
