RE: FRAUD?

RE: FRAUD?There were 40 drill holes reported on, 20 of them were changed and listed as "Unsupported Assays" in the table with the press release. The only bonanza grade not substantially confirmed was in hole NFX 09-049. Thirteen double digit assays were changed to single digits.

My question is why did neither of the other two people receiving copies of the assay data via email, assuming the QAQC protocol was still being followed, not see that something was amiss?

This is from the QAQC protocol from the last 43-101 report I originally posted on 7/22/09:

Reporting of Assay Results:

-Please report assay results only to Bernard Boily of Maximus Ventures

-Please forward original hardcopy to assay certificates and invoices to Bernard Boily -

Maximus Ventures

-Please forward digital assay certificates (Excel spreadsheet format) via e-mail to the following

persons ONLY:

Bernard Boily (boily@maximusventures.com)

François Viens (fviens@maximusventures.com)

Kathia Caron (kcaron@maximusventures
