I agree on all points. The pressure is on now and I believe some sort of agreement will be reached before the end of the week on the Kirkuk election issues insuring the elections take place as scheduled . An agreement reached on these issue could create forward movement on the other issues you listed as well. They may even be on the table as part of these negotiations.
