Many of AAB's holdings rallied strongly into the close of the quarter - AVR is the only major holding that closed lower for the quarter than it was at 7/31, and it wasn't off too much...

FOR has become a BIG winner for AAB - and hopefully CRK will continue such strength when it finally begins trading - looks like a pretty exciting company imho...

Depending on how they account for FOR/Croc Gold, the portfolio should show ~8-10% gain for the quarter - in line with the Venture's 9.5% gain.

A bit disappointing, but AAB still remains at an ENORMOUS discount to NAV - along with some VERY exciting investment holding imho...
