RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Brown Envelope in the MailYes Richard the original warrants were hard enough to accept when they were announced. Now we see they were more than ample reward for the investors and insiders that came into the private placements. The existing warrants are well in the money.
The other sticking point is that when you analyze all those private placements between Nov/08 and now you see they raised very little money for the company. Especially when Orifer first came in. Another factor that makes the existing warrants seem inflated and unreasonable. Had many of the existing shareholders been approached to get a comparable amount of money eg a non-dilutive rescue or a rights deal we could have possibly avoided this struggle now.
If there were an announcement that this inducement plan is scrapped and some traditional financing is being pursued the share price will soar imho. and the reward from the existing warrants will multiply for the so called saviours.
