RE: RE: RE: good for nri @ chloe600They will buy on the open market, Chloe.  So the market will determine the price.  Nuvo has lots of money now and there is no need for anymore private placements.  They need 51% of the shares to control the company.  But i do believe that they will attempt a friendly takeover after they have accumulated lots of shares already.  i just don't see a large company taking on the risk of having someone else supply one of their drugs.
