Their situation is similar to KCL.to, that is, they have locked up a great resource, but they have a large and expensive project to fund and implement. SP will probably bounce around quite a bit (up AND down) from here over time. Best to trade, as mgt will need to play their cards right to bring the shareholder value that comes with being a large potash producer.

They will have to be careful whence they borrow money and issue shares only when stock price allows only moderate dilution over time.
