I have had several email contacts with Pat, and the topic of a JV has come up. It was indicated that there has been interest from others wanting to do a JV. You end up selling 51% of the project and packing up your bags and moving on to something else. Sure you keep 49% but you are no longer the owner. This probably isn't a bad idea but Pat wants it to stay as Tigers, or soon to be Flinders, project. He wants to keep it as OUR project. That means his and all the shareholders. Personally, I like that. From my contact with Pat I have full confidence in him and believe in the end this will all work out great for all of us that held on.
