RE: RE: Sudbury news release todayal dealt these off when no one, incl him, really wanted properties. so it was the best deal he could get.
now its up to someone else to spend and hopefully they can it. both properties have good chances wit  good addresses.
the only reason these deals weren't be done overnight, is that there are lawyers involved and they create a lot of paperwork in order to JV these deals, but thank goodness they were, cause al is not an exploration mgr.
