It's been a long time since we communicated. i like the idea of ionized water and alkaline diets, but it does not work for everyone. It doesn't work for everyone, and not everyone can change their diet like you can: For example, people with kidney stones. Maybe we can agree on this?
So Pennsaid fills a gap and it does work. It works great for some and less for others. i think the biggest problem is money. For those without insurance coverage and without the money, they won't use it. They might have the pharmacist mix another similar topical which only works so so. But there is a need for Pennsaid. Maybe we can agree on this?
Now, on your statements on "scumbags" of Bay St.... maybe you are correct, but it seems all so subjective and so exaggerated. Yes, i remember the strange trading that took the stock down to $0.125, yet the stock rebounded back up almost immediately because there are either people who recognize the value and rallied the stock back up, or there are other "scumbags" of Bay St. who saw the value and rallied it back up. Don't think that sharks don't eat other sharks and that they always eat small fish (retailers). Scumbags can be very useful too. Maybe we can agree on that too?

i don't think people who sit at home just sit there with an evil joker grin rubbing their greedy little hands back and forth back and forth. It's a free world. i cannot daytrade but if some can do it successfully, then good for them, but i would not call them parasites. Perhaps those with a full belly have a different view of the world and have the time to "contribute something useful to the world.". People are just trying to survive. Once people are out of survival mode they can enjoy and contribute to culture and do charity work, but is that how we should judge each other?.
When people like me talk about the risk being taken away, i am referring to clinical risk and also marketing and sales risks. Covidien takes on that aspect now. There is no money to be spent on sales and marketing teams. As for manipulation risks and shark risks and scumbag risks, that's another story.... but they will find it harder and harder to do their deeds IF Covidien is successful. And it will be even harder for them since the balance sheet has plenty of cash. No need for financings with those nasty warrants allowing shorters to cover.

My interpretation is that beenthere is not fit. We all have to face struggle leading the fit to recognize problems as solvable based on truth and the unfit to dwell on illusions and the fit will recognize the possible and the unfit will miss an opportunity.
Since this is a forward looking game we play, the past is not relevant. Time to put Rebecca away from your thoughts. The company now has a licence to make money in the biggest market in the world and at a time when the demographics fit.
We need to put our eye on the one that would most likely benefit from a low shareprice. i know who that is and i'm not saying. Remember, a hunter would do well not to frighten the prey.
Here is what i have done recently. First - i have not sold shares. Yesterday, i bought at $0.42, and today i bought again at $0.365. imo, there is a gross inefficiency here when the sp goes almost to the pre-FDA sp. i was laughing at the situation today and thought this is quite NUVO. Then thought, there must be a lot of technical traders out there and the need to FILL the GAP. But why does a gap need to be filled? It is not based on fundamentals.
Speaking of fundamentals... i like them. Lots of cash. A licence to make money in the biggest pharma market in the world. And a large marketing partner. i'll give it time. Once the "scumbags" have filled up, the stock will run. But i don't really call them "scumbags", it is what it is. And NUVO might go lower, but only temporarily, and there is a point where even the sharks will betray each other and start buying ahead of another shark.
So don't be disappointed. Look for opportunities. It seems to work for me. If you are a short term trader... just mark my words, when the first Pennsaid ad appears on CNN, the stock is going to rally.
