He staked 4 properties called Las Delicias Delicia , Delicia 1 , Delicia 2 , Delicia 3 with a Andean Geo and company funds
Huguet used his Brother in law Luis Zumaeta Baffigo to represent him and paid Luis Zumaeta (John Huguet) USD 375,000 for three Delicias (Delicia 1,Delicia 2 , Delicia 3)
The problem with Huguet is that when he staked the properties one tenement (Delicia 5 ) was rejected and a certificate from the Peruvian Mining Ministry was given back to Mr Zumaeta so he extends a power attorney to Orestes Morales El Misti Gold employee so the company can cash the certificate
The Delicia Tenements have the same legal address as the Andean tenements
The forth Delicia named DELICIA was sold to Aguila resources for USD 600,000 to Mr LUIS BAFFIGO (LUIS ZUMAETA BAFFIGO )
