GAP November December

Hi all.
I'm following this one for few months and was very impressed with the results.
For those who follow the co. for the long time, 2 questions.

1- Why the stock is not trading higher after that fantastic result?
2- Should we buy before January or I can wait a few months before a big move.

If the co did not rise after the last pr I don't know what will make any effect.
