RE: RE: Sinohydro scenariosDilution is inevitable yes, but the dilution I was refering to would not be part of a greaer deal, it would be bridge financing MAA would need to sustain it's current development course long enough to sign another deal, if SH were to bow out.  This dilution would in all likelyhood not be in the .70 range, but much lower, as MAA sp would drop after the deal fell through and MAA would have to make an offering at a price in the range in which they were then trading, or lower, leading to further reduction in sp.  It's all hypothetical, of course, and I like your worst case scenario much better than mine so I hope you're right.
