Disclosure requirmentsIf the company gets results on any good assays they must be released immediately and can not be held (until all are received in a months time). The regulations are as follows:
"An Issuer must disclose Material Information concerning its business and affairs immediately after management of the Issuer becomes aware of the existence of Material Information, or in the case of information previously known, upon it becoming apparent that the information is material"
Definition of “Material Information” is any information relating to the business and affairs of an Issuer that results in or would reasonably be expected to result in a significant change in the market price
Clearly good assay would certainly result in a "significant change in market price" results and therefore would have to be released as soon as received. There is no way they could wait.
