Please correct me if I'm mis-reading you, but are you suggesting this is part of that original 9/23 news?
Imo, this is a separate agreement. Ruby Creek is not part of the Chinese group right? I don't know for certain, but I think this means the Chinese won't be developing the entire property; 1/3rd of it just went to Ruby for the same 70/30 split discussed in the framework agreement-  A case of first-come first-served?  Ruby moved and committed. I think this is very positive for a number of reasons- it will get the Chinese off the fence? and it spreads our interests around. The Chinese may get 2/3rds now- or perhaps another group will jump in and we'll have 3 separate  mining interests working Mkuvia toward our common goals. all imo, but will await clarification from one that may know for certain. Thanks.
