RE: RE PUMPER

RE: RE PUMPERI would suggest that you do what I did and put ovis on ignore.  Don't waste your time and energy as well bandwidth disputing him point for point.
He is ridiculous.  It is typical during a buyout for either the selling junior or the acquirer to dump everything besides the main project into a new company.  Why should mgmt put Coneto into a company that PAAS wants only for La Preciosa.
They could have done it but then PAAS would either sell off the projects they didn't want or let them sit on a shelf somewhere.
Essentially Orko mgmt is taking their talents elsewhere and took Coneto with them.  Happens all the time.
If Coneto was in Orko, it would complicate any takeout by PAAS.  They are not going to pay much, if anything, when they get around to taking out ORKO.
Look at Ross Beaty and friends.  They originally had several projects.  They sold their first project and formed how many different companies that have been subsequently sold off.  What a bonanza for shareholders and investors.
Could he have tried to keep them all in one company?  Would that have maxed shareholder value?  Who would have paid what Beaty has gotten for shareholders over the last 5 years?  Would one corporation have paid market value for the various projects? NO!!!!!
Selling off one project at a time and putting each main project in a separate entity worked like a charm.  Follow the money, not the sour grapes!
