RE: RE: RE: RE PUMPERThey are not in total control of the situation. What do you expect them to do? Form an internal guerrilla squad and takeover PAAS?
They are not running the show anymore. PAAS has agreed to take them to production. They are spending the money, deciding where to drill and reporting the results. Eventually Orko will either become a JV partner of an operating silver/base metal mine OR they will get taken out by PAAS. In either case, it is likely that the value of the enterprise will be significantly higher than when the JV was formed. Certainly Orko mgmt can't be blamed for a drop in price in November 2008. Check any mining stock and you'll see they did a similar swan dive.
So you expect Orko mgmt to physically bring the stock back up? The stock is up nicely from the bottom but not back to all time highs. They don't have control of what people are willing to pay. They are not directing the drilling. They are not in control of PAAS making them an offer.
If you wanted OK.v to stay independent and fund the mine, you would have seen massive dilution and your stock might have been worth about the same. The beauty of the current arrangement is that if you are patient, you should get a decent interest in a big silver mine and be carried to production without any more dilution.
You want hand holding? Baby sitting is probably going to cost you extra. Take your whining to the Orko board and leave us alone.
And I'm sure the Vancouver miners are shaking in their boots because you aren't going to buy any more of their stock.
