RE: Globe and Mail might be interested...

RE: Globe and Mail might be interested...I think a great deal of effort has been spent by Chris and others to date. If I was living in Canada, especially if in Toronto, where I am sure some of you are: two things would take place.
1. I would phone and arrange a meeting with the Globe and Mail, and try for ROB TV as well. Phone up and ask to speak to one of the hosts on Rob TV.
2. I would absolutely do the same with an MLA or other Gov official, but NOT the folks we have been emailing, they are a waste of time. Phone your local office or the minister of finance for example.

With respect to both 1 & 2. - It is not the manipulation potential that is of most interest to these people, because it is an allegation that minority shareholders do not have factual evidence on YET, and making any such assertion in the media might bring on legal action. What else would one expect from the group we face??
Of course,  as you mention the obvious patterns that have existed here on and off (mostly on imo) for some time are relevant with respect, however, to the current .38 cent placement. The TSC and OSC are grossly (IMO)  negligent if they not only ignore the repeated assertions and mounting OBVIOUS patterns that surround each and EVERY offering, deal or placement, are,  I repeat, just like the Bernie Madoff thing, where ignorance in the face of repeated warnings and queries was what took place These folks, they are EXACTLY THE SAME.IMO I REPEAT-  EXACTLY THE SAME They do not however, IMO, need hard core evidence to put a stop to this PP, which is ridiulous in its own right, they JUST NEED TO DO THEIR JOBS AND TAKE ACTION. Why? The surrounding evidence in aggragate says, this is a rip off and manipulation.IMO AND should be viewed as very possible, even if not proven. Oh dear, that would require balls! Don't look for same from our Government guys, after all, that is what they are hired for. LOL
ALL one has to do, and these government folks, OF COURSE have the information and tools to do this,  is to look at the various proposals and compare what happens after and leading up to same. Uh du gee look at this: when there is an offer, the price seems frozen both before and after, and then pressure UP, and revision with pattern and then placement and same again. Its ALL just a coincidence of course!!! These patterns (IMO)  like any circumstantial evidence need additional evidence, but are a factor and piece of the ongoing situation and not to be ignored outright. They are repetitivness in nature, timing, and the obvious question is WHO WOULD BENEFIT and why, or put another way, who would even carry on such trades etc etc etc??. THE PONT IS: I, if in their position would NOT allow the private placement currently in front of them to move forward, without some sort of OPEN hearing or solicitation from other interested parties. Other shareholders comes to mind.
NOW IN ADDITION: and of course this takes a tiny bit of thought! look at the valuation models, you gov. workers! Is that too difficult as well?
When you look at a situation, sometimes you have to look, not at just one thing, but the preponderance of evidence and history and ongoing situation to see who would benefit, and what seems likely. Again: probably way to complex for these gov. clones.
To let this go by, in concert with sustained complaints, is the ridiculous behaviour and outcome these gov. officials to date seem willing to continue to condone, even in the face of an OVERWHELMING BODY of evidence, in my opinion. But their continued form replies say it all, IMO, they are completely USELESS. The, why they are there part is VERY humorous in the extreme: they tell you, and then shuck and jive about doing nothing. What would it take, might be asked, for them to actually do ANYTHING???
Back to a visit or meeting: being in the face of a media person or MLA or minister, will enable any lucid account of this situation to penetrate, where an email or letter might well fail. This situation is ALL about the macro situation and can easily confuse or get lost in the micro. Its about stealing, basically, imo, assets from a Canadian Company by way of manipulative behaviour, using every available "legal" means at their disposal. Something like the concept where the government says, notwithstanding, we can see that the intent was to not pay your taxes - you are creating a scheme to evade. -think they can relate??? LOL
So somebody in Toronto, get your MLA to speak with you in person, phone the media and go down with print out and stuff you can copy from this site and elsewhere. It is not such a big job, and might well get us some attention. IMO Walk away KNOWING that the party(s) you are talking with understand what is going on, and is being blessed to date by their innactions within the designated groups set up to thwart same.
That is how I see it.
