 Really like the fact that vp position duties will be re distributed@ mgmt. level. Like the fact that they pumped less  oil when oil prices were lower ,like the fact that repairs are forthcoming, and like the fact that no new bombs were dropped i.e. going concern , and oil prices are supporting the loan issues. The resource is there and the company seems to be working on the turn around  ,imho =+$.24 SP target take over ,c'mon  just buy it !
