TSX and Laurel Hill Group

TSX and Laurel Hill GroupI spoke with the person handling the YNG file at Laurel Hill this morning....she has told me...the date for the approvall of the Inducement Warrents by the Dininterested Shareholders  has now been extended to Nov 20, 2009.

I aked her about the Pare 3 clause in the NR of Oct 14, 2009 ....she couldn't answer that question about it's status

I then talked with a Complience Officer at the TSX ...about YNG, and I asked about the modified approval date...he couldn't comment on that..."letter between the companies and the TSX are confidential"  ....but what he did agree with are the "approval is not obtained within 30 days" as to the NR date of Oct 14, 2009, and the word " The company must repay the loan within 14 days from such date.

If any of you have the packages from Laurel Hill....I haven't got mine yet...does it give dates?

I just talked with Artie...and he tells me....watch out for the "double talk"...........When I get mine...I will read and confirm what he is saying.

I also found out from Laurel Hill and the TSX is that they (YNG) must have 50% plus one votes for the Inducement Warrants to carry the vote ......so if you don't vote "FOR"  then  the vote still must have a simple majority to pass....they have to have the (FOR) votes to pass this vote.

I hope this helps....

I will be talking with Nicole this afternoon....Richard
