Not sure...….why getting another 3 million dollars would be a bad thing? Builds more of the Bolivar mill, keeps shares in the hands of a committed holder. People seem to like it when a "major" is holding a chunk of the junior shares…is there much of a difference as long as you're getting the money you need to build?
