Orifer stands to make several hundreds of millions of dollars with the success of YNG. I should think Orifer will not let it fail. Nor will Sprott want it to fail.
For me the illogical link in all of this is the request for inducement to exercise the 80 million seven cent warrants that expire on December 19 next month. That seems to be a real slap in the face of shareholders and the part of the tactic that caused the backlash. I mean, really, those warrants should be exercised if the holders have any sense at all.
As for the vote being positive or negative we shall have to see. I expect the old adage to apply: Don't waste your vote.
