I said this financing might have built in a $50 million cash consideration to the successor to exeter after the caspiche property is sold... Barrick paid about $70 an oz for 11 million ozs worth of cerro casales... Cerro casales has the same grade but a better strip ratio... Ergo $70 per oz might be too high for caspiche ... its block caving portion of its deposit especially would garner much less per oz... resource has to be sorted out from mineable reserve as well but Barricks $700 million take out of 51% of cerro casales would be a benchmark base from which to determine the caspiche price. aspiche is still open to expansion but cerro casales has several satellite deposits that have not been fully explored..
