While an expanded program is generally favourable, I can't see how an even higher cash burn rate will help this company when it appears to me that the market is not ready for the product. (And it will be years before anything is ready from Volvo) After all without the Ports program last quarter, Westport would have been unlikely to sell the 14 HPDI engines that they did get on the roadway. IMHO, if more OEMs want to use Westport technology, they should be footing the bill to do so.
Personally, I'm not impressed...
