I would agree with you that the sp will go much higher eventually, but only if the tse disallowed the 38cents pp. 150 million shares at 38cents in the wrong hands can keep the sp down for a long time to come. The low daily volume  seems to suggest that most of the institutional investors are out of this stock. It  won't take much selling /manipulation by "these people" before the buying dries up if we only have small retail investors buying. As you can see, the sp has`hardly moved at all despite the big jump in gold price and the improving financial position of this company.ffaek
