RE: Simmers Loan ContinuedNot exactly sure why you felt the need to get rude about this - its not as if I'm some basher spreading rumors that we are unlikley to recover the loan principal. Aberdeen remains my single largest holding BY FAR - I'd LOVE to somehow see a judgment returned in their favor - but unfortunately I just don't see it happening...

However, apparently you think posting a 2 year+ old the Investec report  that references a potential (repeat POTENTIAL for the "forever rude") liability on their corporate website somehow automatically makes them liable for it...well....  feel free to file your suit right behind Aberdeen's in the SOUTH AFRICAN courts...   

Considering I scored in the 94th percentile on the LSAT, I guess there are quite a few of the "forever stupid" sitting in legal classrooms throughout the U.S.
